Day 03 : Manali Local Sightseeing
Start your day with a hearty breakfast at your hotel. Today, you will be exploring the scenic beauty of Manali. Begin by visiting the Hadimba Temple, dedicated to Bhima's wife from the epic Mahabharata. Hidimba Devi Temple- is located 2.5 km from Manali Mall Road. A cedar forest encircles the Hidimba Devi temple. It is dedicated to Hidimba devi, the mother of Ghatothkach and the wife of Bhima. It's a wonder for nature lovers. Next, head to the Vashisht Temple, known for its hot water springs. Experience the therapeutic effects of the water by taking a plunge in the hot springs. Afterwards, head to the Tibetan Manu Temple: Unlike the other temples of its times, Manu temple isn't for the weak-hearted. Reaching the structure, following a narrow road is a thrilling experience for most. However, it's a perfect blend of exploration and comfort for the adventurous. Nehru Kund- It is a natural spring in the region. Nehru Kund is located on the Manali-Rohtang Pass Route, 5 kilometres from Manali Bus Stop. Spring is one of Manali's most popular tourist seasons. Manali Gompa- This renowned Buddhist monastery, also known as the "Gadhan Thekchhokling Gompa," was built by Tibetan exiles and is one of the best attractions in Manali. Van Vihar- There is nothing more beautiful than nature itself. But if you could add a couple of manufactured gems to it, the character becomes even more attractive. Van Vihar is a municipality-run public garden in the heart of mall road. It is famous far and wide for its Deodar trees and an artificial lake in the middle of the forest.
